What to Expect

We ask that our clients make an appointment for all non-emergency visits.  This allows our doctors to stay on schedule and help as many patients as possible in an efficient manner. Of course, all emergency cases are seen by the doctors as soon as possible.

If you are unable to make it to your scheduled appointment, we ask that you call within 24 hours to notify us so we can see another patient in that time slot.  We have an answering machine to take messages after hours, so you can call and cancel your appointment any time of the day.

We also ask that if you are going to be more than 10 minutes late for your appointment that you call and let us know.

For the safety of our staff and all of our clients and patients, we ask that ALL dogs be on a leash when they are in our clinic. We have leashes available for you to use if you do not have one.

All cats should be in secure carriers. We have carriers available to borrow if you do not have your own. Just ask one of our friendly staff members and we will be glad to get one for you!
