Wendy Heather

Position: Technician/Receptionist
Years in the Veterinary Field: 14 Years at HVC: 8
Pets: 3 Cats: TT, Tom, Bob 5 Dogs: Taffy, Moxie, Suzie, Nilla Bean, Jax
Bio: Wendy is originally from Potosi and moved from Washington, Missouri to the Hermann area in 2001. Wendy, her husband, and 2 kids enjoy hunting, fishing, and camping. Wendy's kids are very active in school sports, in FFA, they show and raise cattle.

Jan Malone

Position: Technician
Years in the Veterinary Field: 16 Years at HVC: 5
Pets: 4 Cats: Fuzz 1, Fuzz 2, Whiz, and Minnie 7 Dogs: Samantha Bee, Sandy, Rosey, Q-Tip, Doolittle, Cruiser, and Pee Wee
Bio: Jan attended high school at Ritenour High in St. Louis. She moved to Stony Hill in 1989 when she married her husband Larry. In addition to their many companion animals, Jan and Larry also have cattle, chickens and ducks. Jan started working for Dr. Strubberg at the New Haven Veterinary Clinic in 1998. After Dr. Strubberg sold the New Haven clinic in 2008, Jan came to work for HVC. She spends her spare time quilting and is active in the Stony Hill church.

Tess Keller

Position: Groomer/Technician

Bio: Tess is originally from Owensville, Missouri where she graduated high school in 2003. She then attended Missouri State University in Springfield where she obtained her Bachelor of Science in Wildlife Conservation & Management in 2008. In 2010, Tess moved back to the Owensville area and began working at HVC as a small animal assistant. She is now our full-time groomer and works one day a week as a small animal tech. Her hobbies include hunting, fishing, floating and crafts.

Melanie Duvall
Position: Technician

After graduation she attended Hickey Vet Tech Institute and earned her Associates Degree in Veterinary Technology. She lives in New Haven and enjoys hunting, camping, and horseback riding. |
